Customer support is available directly from ASt, our dedicated team of support professionals are able to assist customers in training for all of the FM:Interact software applications. Two tier support is provided for the customer along with current annual support agreement.

First Tier Support

  • ASt have a track record of providing friendly, efficient and professional support to their customers. We provide email, phone, desktop streaming (webex) support during business hours. The terms of this support can be negotiated with the customer.
  • Support includes technical support of our products. ie. fixing software not working.
  • Supply of New software versions, updates and Hotfixes at no additional cost is included with annual support. (e.g. version 7.0 to 7.x) and version upgrades (e.g. 7.x to 8.0).
  • Submit a support ticket by logging into our Support Portal, to obtain an account please Register Your Details and we will get back to you. 
Second Tier Support
FM:Systems Inc.
  • Access to the FM:Systems User Forum via the customer portal, your online community of users and peers.
  • Customer will receive four (4) training credits to use towards Raleigh, North Carolina-based training at one of the “FM:Site” sessions offered quarterly (all travel expenses additional), or towards FM:Systems Distance Learning Labs (DLL) training. These sessions are an excellent way to network with FM peers and FM:Interact users at similar stages of implementation, and all levels of experience.
